Kinesiology Tape by ANAMPION – Pro Precut Sports Support (60 Strips)

I was worried by the 1 star reviews where people said they had skin irritation and other issues from this. But I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues at all. The adhesive is great and will last through sweating and a shower, easily lasts 12 hours. Will pull out baby hairs lol I've been using on my foot and it gives me arch support all day walking around in work boots.

Good value for money, application is easy. Adhesive is strong enough to hold in place. My son uses to strap ankles in football and never has an issue with these. Good quality, durable and long lasting.

It hold great, too good, when trying to get it off it's a problem. After a couple of days of having it on had to remove it half bottle 91% alcohol. Took a shower to try and remove the left over glue and still wouldn't come out. I am hoping that next shower will help get every glue residue out. I can't use this product frequently and I need the knee support, this product it's to much. It's nice that could hold intact and not peel on it's own but the struggle to clean the skin it's rough.

The first time I tried these strips, I got all sweaty and the tape came off fairly quickly. Then I read the instructions and realized you need to rub it into your skin upon application. It sticks no matter how much I sweat now that I applied it correctly!

I blew out my knee yesterday playing in a pickleball tournament and I taped it up with this product and was able to complete my gold winning match! I also use it on my elbow for tennis elbow and it provides a lot of support. It is a high quality product.
